• One (1) Passport size photograph  
•  Original Passport  
• Copy of Passport’s biodata  
•  Duly filled and signed application form  
• Letter of invitation or travel order justifying the applicant’s visit to Djibouti  
•  Letter of recommendation from company (if traveling for business)  
• Hotel reservation  
• Flight booking  
• Yellow fever certificate  
• NB:// THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF VISA FEES IN USD AS THE EMBASSY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE CHANGE OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS.  
• 1. Non – diplomats have to avail themselves at the Embassy  
• 2. Visa application submission Monday – Thursday 9am – 3pm Friday 9am – 12pm  
• 3. Visa collection Monday – Thursday 12pm – 4pm Friday 12pm – 2pm 4.  
• Visas are processed within 48 working hours. However, in some cases, the period may be extended up to two weeks.
